I believe we are moving into a season where many are breaking off fear! God is calling us to break out of our comfort zone and pioneer new things. In the Bible, I am reminded of how Peter must have felt stepping out to walk on the water.
Matthew 14:28-33 NIV says,
28 “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”
29 “Come,” he said.
Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”
31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”
32 “And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down.”
33 “Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.””
Just like Peter, many of us have experienced fear in our lives. It’s time to begin to move forward into your destiny and purpose. Jesus is with you!
Hard times can be the catalyst that births your prayer life.
Personally, just between me and you the last year was very challenging. A wave of confusion almost tried to take me out. Whenever there is a level of promotion headed your way, the enemy will attempt to stir up warfare. During this time, I had to choose to speak peace and victory in my storm. Sometimes you just have to press through to victory! You are not defeated.
“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” – Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV
I feel led to encourage you today do not be afraid of the new things God is bringing into your life! When God calls you to step into something He will provide for you. Right now, I’d love to pray with you for strategy that you need to help you fulfill your dreams and goals.
Heavenly Father, right now I pray each person reading this right now would feel your overwhelming peace and presence come upon them. Make them aware of you in the midst of any pain or worry they may be feeling. I call forth divine strategy to help them fulfill what you are calling them to step into. In Jesus name, we speak the provision and protection into their atmosphere that is needed to go with them. We decree and declare a peaceful transition for victory in their life for every reader reading this right now in Jesus name, amen.
